My purchase was extended for multiple reasons and required constant attention from Britney as I lived in Florida and buying in Georgia. She was consistently available and did a lot of leg work for me over and above the call of duty. And this was all done on a split fee basis. Her response time was immediate and I do have to say she really knows this area being a native of Georgia. She helped get clarification on many pertinent questions I had regarding the property and when I requested to see some additional properties, she never attempted to stir me to this one property but worked hard to make sure that I made the right decision. Within 15 minutes of meeting her, we felt we had known her forever! She has the sweetest personality and is such a joy to work with. My husband and I enjoyed learning about the local people and businesses while we searched for our dream cabin. We live 5 hours away and Britney made the purchasing and closing go so smoothly.
